Youth players in the Junior Squash League have two practices per week and a competitive match opportunity every weekend. During practice, JSL participants switch between squash and wellness (fitness, yoga, nutrition) rotations. High School youth have an optional academic support session after practice on Tuesday evenings. Healthy snacks, racquets, goggles, and court shoes are provided. Financial aid is available to ensure all youth are able to participate. Transportation is provided for middle school youth. The Junior Squash League runs three seasons per year - fall, winter, spring - with a capacity of 80 youth per season. Come try squash at PCS - beginners are welcome!
